     1) with mandrel piercing system or without

         -Double Action Hydraulic oil extrusion press : with mandrel to produce tubes

         -Single Action Hydrulic oil extrusion press : Without mandrel to produce rod

     2) Short stroke or normal stroke

         - Short stroke extrusion press : Hydraulic cylinder stroke is shorter than normal

           stork (New system)

     3) Direct or Indirect extrusion press

        - Normally Direct press is used

        - Indirect press is used to reduce container friction force and to have good quality

          products

     4) Oil or Water pressure

        - Nowadays normally oil hydraulic press is used

        - Water hydraulic press is old generation

     5) Horizontal or Vertical press

        - Normally Horizontal press is used

        - Vertical ext press is used special area or purpose.

2. Range of capacity

     1) Extrusion force : 50 MN ~ 125 MN

     2) Hydraulic press: 100 ~ 280 bar

3. Sinze of billet and extruded products

     - It depends on capacity of extrusion press according to users selection

4.  Scope of supply

     1) billet heater and conveyor rollers

      2) tool pre heater

      3) cooler for extruded products and run-out table with saw

      4) Bearing : Chinese ones or international standard one as option

      5) Hydraulic valves and pumps : REXROTH , PLC : SIEMENS
